Dig out your lederhosen, tune up your accordion and make room in your stomach for some wiener schnitzel because the annual Pennsylvania Bavarian Oktoberfest is coming to Canonsburg this weekend.
Naturally. It will feature plenty of German-style “oompah” music, as well as bands playing classic rock and 1980s hits, acoustic tunes and more. There will also be an assortment of beers, a food court with a selection of German-American cuisine, carnival rides, games and more.
It is sponsored by the Greater Canonsburg Chamber of Commerce. Hours are 4 p.m. to 11 p.m. Friday; noon to 11 p.m. Saturday; and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday.
