Children’s Museum of Pittsburgh and PA Unplugged will host Slow Tech Festival
The Children’s Museum of Pittsburgh in partnership with statewide coalition PA Unplugged, will host the inaugural Slow Tech Festival on Sunday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Evolving from an alt-device fair, the Slow Tech Festival will bring together local and national organizations, healthy tech leaders, and interactive vendors to showcase practical alternatives to traditional smartphones and tablets.
Kids tech innovator Pinwheel will participate as a featured vendor, offering live demonstrations of its devices and home ecosystem to help parents create sustainable digital habits that protect childhood mental health and promote healthy brain development.
