Ruth Ann Zebley Putz
Ruth Ann Zebley Putz, 86, of Markleysburg, Pa., and formerly of Uniontown, Pa., died Thursday, December 19, 2002 in the Uniontown Hospital. She was born October 18, 1916 in Uniontown, Pa., daughter of Benjamin Harrison Zebley and Anna Mae Roderick Zebley.
Mrs. Putz was a former employee of the Uniontown Area School District and had been a member of Uniontown Central Christian Church.
Her husband, William Paul Putz, a brother, Eugene Zebley, and parents preceded her in death.
Surviving are two daughters: Joanne Newcomer and her husband, Donald, of Erie, Pa., and Eloise Jean Fester and her husband, Edward, of Uniontown; three grandchildren; six great grandchildren; and a brother, Arden Zebley and his wife, Armalene, of Fairchance, Pa.
A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, January 4, 2003 at 11 a.m. in The House of Prayer, 141 Main Street, Smock, Pa., with Pastor Gary McFadden officiating.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to The House of Prayer Church.
