Catharine Proudfit Kozar, 98, of Westminster Towers, Orlando, Fla., formerly of Washington, Pa., died Saturday, April 6, 2003. Two brothers, Dr. J. Paul Proudfit of Washington and Dr. William L. Proudfit of Cleveland, Ohio, survive her.

A memorial service will be held at Washington, Pa., First Presbyterian Church, April 19, 2003, at 1:30 p.m.

Earl McKlveen

Earl E. “Skip” McKlveen, 54, of Youngwood, died Friday, April 4, 2003, in Connellsville.

He is survived by his wife, Nora Vinsek McKlveen; two sons, Earl E. McKlveen III of South Connellsville and George E. McKlveen, at home; one daughter, Stephanie E. McKlveen at home; four sisters, Mrs. John (Kay) Klepsy, Mrs. Charlie (Diane) Green, Mrs. David (Lou Ann) Balsley, and Donna Jean Keill, all of Connellsville.

Arrangements are under the direction of Jay A. Hoffer Funeral Home, Norvelt.
