Barbara Staley Herre
Barbara R. Staley Herre, 75, of Brownsville, Pa., died Tuesday, June 24, 2003 at her home.
She was the daughter of the late Robert and Alfreda Staley. She loved to play Bingo.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles R. Herre, stepmother, Josephine Staley, son-in-law, Barry Bobbs, daughter-in-law, Helen Herre, and a nephew, Richard Herre.
Surviving are three children: Janet Bobbs of Vestaburg, Pa., John Herre and wife, Barb, of Brownsville, Pa., and Douglas Herre and wife, Tammy, of Brownsville, Pa.; nine grandchildren: Jessica Bobbs, Jacob Bobbs, Gary Herre and wife Tami, Amanda Herre, Ashley Herre, Allisyn Herre, Nicolas Herre, Chantel Curcio and Kaylyn Curcio; great-grandsons: Brody Bagwell and Jacob Bobbs; a niece, Lois Bennett; several brothers; a sister; several nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received in the SKIRPAN FUNERAL HOME, 135 Park Street, Brownsville, Pa., today from 2 to 4 and 6 to 9 p.m. where Funeral Services will be held Friday, June 27, at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Edd Myers officiating.
Interment will follow in Westland Cemetery.
Visitation was also held Wednesday from 6 to 9 p.m.
