Ernest E. Finfrock, age 86, of Grindstone, Pa., died Saturday, March 15, 2003 in Brownsville General Hospital.

He was born December 25, 1916 in Royal, Fayette County, Pa., son of William E. Finfrock and Anna Werry Finfrock.

Ernest was a member of the Grindstone Lions Club and United Mine Workers of America. His first wife, Ruth Twardesky Finfrock, second wife, Margaret Hranek Finfrock, four brothers, James, Emerson, Charles and Thomas Finfrock, and parents preceded him in death.

He is survived by a sister, Evelyn Vukovich, Valparaiso, Indiana; stepson, John Mazurik and wife Patricia, Palma, Ohio; numerous nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received in the SKIRPAN FUNERAL HOME, 135 Park Street, Brownsville, Pa., today from 2 to 4 and 6 to 9 p.m. where a Prayer Service will be held Wednesday, March 19, at 10:30 a.m.

A Funeral Service follows at 11 a.m. in Pleasant View Presbyterian Church, Smock R.D.1, with the Rev. Keith Conover officiating.

Entombment will follow in Chapel of Peace Mausoleum, LaFayette Memorial Park, Brier Hill, Pa.
