Tierza A. Barclay is engaged to wed Michael T. O’Neil in a ceremony set for Oct. 4. The bride-elect is the daughter of Darlene Haring of Waynesburg and Terry Barclay of Raleigh, N.C. She is the granddaughter of Henrietta White of Waynesburg and the late William White, Frances Barclay of Waynesburg and the late William Barclay.

Tierza is a 2002 graduate of Waynesburg College and is employed at Federated Investors in Pittsburgh.

Mr. O’Neil is the son of Scott and Peggy O’Neil of Waynesburg. He is the grandson of Hollis O’Neil of Point Marion and the late Bruce O’Neil and the grandson of Jane Williams of Waynesburg and the late Jack Williams.

He is also a 2002 graduate of Waynesburg College and employed at Federated Investors in Pittsburgh.
