The following people were recently sentenced in Fayette County Court. Sentences for driving under the influence of alcohol (DUI) involve a period of license suspension and generally require participation in the county’s Alcohol Safe Driving School as well as the Ignition Interlock program once the license is restored. Judge Ralph C. Warman:

Stephanie Mackey, no age listed, of Fairbank was sentenced to one year probation for bad checks. She was also ordered to make $351.12 restitution to Wal-Mart and $163.87 to Smithfield State Bank.

Wendell Lamont Jones, 32, of Pittsburgh was sentenced to 11 1/2 to 24 months, minus one day in prison for recklessly endangering another person.

Donald Robert Dugan III, 19, of Uniontown was sentenced to six to 12 months in a state prison for false identification to law enforcement.

Kirk Douglas Wingrove, 46, of Dunbar was sentenced to one to 12 months in Fayette County Prison for false reports to law enforcement.

Dewayne Ebert Ulery, 43, of Brownsville was sentenced to three to 18 months in the Fayette County Prison for fraudulently obtaining food stamps or assistance. He was also ordered to make $4,436.43 restitution to the Pennsylvania Department of Welfare.

Lawrence Thomas Wolff, 26, of Smithfield was sentenced to two to 12 months in Fayette County Prison for simple assault.

Timothy Allen McKinney, 22, of New Salem was sentenced to one to two years in a state prison for burglary and ordered to make $450 restitution to Paul McCullough.

Melissa Ann McCourt, 34, of Uniontown was sentenced to three years probation for welfare fraud and ordered to make $1,649 restitution to the Pennsylvania Office of Inspector General.

Frank Puzella Jr., 48, of Point Marion was sentenced to one year probation for disorderly conduct.

James Edwards Pitts Sr., 39, of Uniontown was sentenced to one to two years in state prison for DUI. He was also sentenced to an additional 90 days for driving with a suspended license.

Amy Marie Spade, 35, of Farmington was sentenced to one year probation for prostitution.

President Judge Conrad B. Capuzzi:

Robin Lynn Palmer, 27, of Fairchance was sentenced to three to 12 months in Fayette County Prison for criminal trespass.

George Michael Lucas Jr., no age or address listed, was sentenced to two to four months in Fayette County Prison for corruption of minors.

Andrew P. Shuman III, 28, of Uniontown was sentenced to 48 hours to 23 months in the Fayette County Prison for DUI.

Amy Marie Spade, no age or address listed, was sentenced to two to four months in the Fayette County Prison for possession of a controlled substance.

Judge Steve P. Leskinen:

Jason Lee Mills, 21, of Uniontown was sentenced to 15 days to 10 months in Fayette County Prison for fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer. In a second case, Mills was sentenced to two to 12 months in the county prison for fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer.

Derek John Buchheit, 23, of Uniontown was sentenced to 15 days to 23 months, 29 days for simple assault.

Shawn Lee Chism, 34, of Hopwood was sentenced to one year probation for a violation of the pharmacy act.

Justin Kelly, no age or address listed, was sentenced to two years probation for receiving stolen property.

David Michael Cookus Jr., 20, of Uniontown was sentenced to three to 12 months in the Fayette County Prison for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

Teon Raheem Miller, 20, of Cleveland, Ohio, was sentenced to one to 12 months in the Fayette County Prison for possession of drugs.

Jerry Arthur Harris Jr., 24, of Uniontown was sentenced to two and a half to five years in state prison for carrying a firearm without a license. In a second case, he was sentenced to five to 10 years in prison for delivery of drugs.

Elijah Dorval Crosby, 30, of Uniontown was sentenced to six to 12 years in state prison plus eight years probation for terroristic threats.

Shawn Lee Chism, 34, of Hopwood was sentenced to one year probation for forgery and ordered to make $461.40 restitution to Robert A. Brady.

Judge John F. Wagner Jr.:

Brian Lee Baker, 28, of Dunbar was sentenced to 15 to 30 months in a state prison for possession with intent to deliver drugs.

Vernon Wesley Pratt, 20, of Uniontown was sentenced to 60 to 120 months in a state prison for aggravated assault.

George Dugan, 20, of Uniontown was sentenced to three to 12 months in Fayette County Prison for defiant trespass.

David James Daniels, 48, of Ellsworth was sentenced to three to 12 months in Fayette County Prison for false identification to law enforcement.

Brian Scott Wingrove, 24, of Smock was sentenced to one to 12 months in state prison for possession of drugs.

Robert Martin Oros Jr., 25, of Lemont Furnace was sentenced to six to 12 months in a state prison for retail theft. In a second case, Oros was sentenced to another term of six to 12 months in prison and ordered to make $4,544.19 restitution to Rentway for theft of leased property. Oros was also sentenced to one to two years in state prison for retail theft and ordered to make $166 restitution to United Refining. In a fourth case, Oros was ordered to spend six to 23 months in prison for retail theft and pay back $131 to Best for Less Gas Station.

George Vincent Fabian Jr., 33, of Greensburg was sentenced to 12 to 24 months in a state prison for fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer and an additional 90 days for driving with a DUI-related suspended license. In another case, Fabian was sentenced to 36 to 72 months in prison for burglary.

Lisa Ann Zitney, 21, of Connellsville was sentenced to 23 months Intermediate Punishment, the first 12 months to be served on house arrest for criminal conspiracy to commit institutional vandalism. She was also ordered to make $3,163.60 to several victims in the case; $9,017 to Uniontown Area School District and a total of $1,730.20 to two insurance companies.

Thomas Holiday Poole, 32, of Brownsville was sentenced to one year probation for simple assault.

Raymond Michael Horvwalt, 50, of Dellwlow, W.Va., was sentenced to 21 to 42 months in state prison for persons not to possess, use, manufacture, etc. firearms.

Timothy Dean Palo, 43, of Uniontown was sentenced to three to six months in the Fayette County Prison for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Michael Duane Walters, 46, of Uniontown was sentenced to two terms of 11 1/2 to 23 months in state prison for two counts of simple assault. The sentences will run concurrently.

Joseph William Prouse Jr., 35, of Scottdale was sentenced to six to 23 months in the Fayette County Prison for criminal trespass. He was also ordered to make $571.53 restitution to Donna and Henry Dillinger.

Judge Gerald R. Solomon:

Ronald Lee Gaylor, 29, of Uniontown was sentenced to two years probation for receiving stolen property and ordered to repay $100 to Denny’s Restaurant.

Daniel Paul Conn, 54, of Vanderbilt was sentenced to 48 hours to 23 months in Fayette County Prison for DUI.

John Russell Miller, 36, of Uniontown was sentenced to two years probation for simple assault.

William David Morgan, 23, of Uniontown was sentenced to one year probation for accidents involving damage to an attended vehicle or property. He was also ordered to make $585.53 restitution to Audrey M. Cain and $4,005.53 to Erie Insurance Company.

Eric Lee Collins, no age or address listed, was sentenced to three to 12 months in Fayette County Prison for arson. In a second case, Collins was sentenced to an additional three to 12 months in jail for a second count of arson.

John Frederick Kimmel, no age or address listed, was sentenced to 48 hours to 11 1/2 months in Fayette County Prison for DUI. He was also sentenced to an additional 90 days in prison for driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Randall Kent Fisher, 23, of Uniontown was sentenced to 90 days to six months in Fayette County Prison for DUI. He was also sentenced to an additional 90 days in prison for driving with a suspended or revoked license. In a second case, Fisher was sentenced to 30 days to six months in jail for DUI and another 90-day term for driving with a suspended or revoked license. In a third case, Fisher was sentenced to 48 hours to 23 months in prison for DUI.

Jonathan Anthony Thomas, 18, of Masontown was sentenced to three years probation for receiving stolen property.

Angela Marie Gulasky, 29, of McKeesport was sentenced to 12 months Intermediate Punishment, with the first month to be served on house arrest, for possession of drugs.

Christopher Brian Mullenax, 22, of Morgantown, W.Va., was sentenced to one year probation for possession of drug paraphernalia.

John Paul Sizemore, 40, of Dunbar was sentenced to 30 days to 23 months in Fayette County Prison for DUI.

Paul W. Walden, 30, of Uniontown was sentenced to 12 to 24 months in state prison for possession of a prohibited offensive weapon.

John Frederick Kimmel, 53, of Connellsville was sentenced to 30 days to 11 1/2 months in Fayette County Prison for DUI.

Sherry Kay Miller, 32, of South Connellsville was sentenced to 30 days to 23 months in Fayette County Prison for DUI.

George Fletcher, 46, of Uniontown was sentenced to 48 hours to 23 months in Fayette County Prison for DUI.

Charles Eugene Rockwell, 34, of Uniontown was sentenced to 48 hours to 23 months in Fayette County Prison for DUI.

Robert Earl Shrum Jr., 24, of Uniontown was sentenced to 48 hours to 23 months in Fayette County Prison for DUI.

George Thomas Gilmore, 44, of Wickhaven was sentenced to 48 hours to 23 months in Fayette County Prison for DUI.

Judy Kay Haughey, 47, of Monessen was sentenced to 23 months Intermediate Punishment, the first 60 days served on house arrest, for DUI.

Ellen Coleen Nicholson, 43, of Acme was sentenced to one year probation and ordered to make $750 restitution to Michael Lattanze for an accident involving damage to an attended vehicle.

William Sebon Shaw Jr., 19, of Hiller was sentenced to one year probation for defiant trespass. He was sentenced to another year probation in a second case involving defiant trespass. In another case, he was sentenced to two more terms of one year probation for defiant trespass.

Thelma Louise Ferdinandus, 41, of Adah was sentenced to 23 months Intermediate Punishment, the first six months served on house arrest, for forgery. She was also ordered to make $490 restitution to Ruth Friedman.

David Brian Phillips, 41, of Normalville was sentenced to 12 months Intermediate Punishment, the first 60 days served on house arrest, for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Chad Everette Martin, 26, of Dunbar was sentenced to six to 23 months in Fayette County Prison for statutory sexual assault.

Daniel Joseph McGuinness, no age or address listed, was sentenced to six to 24 months in state prison for criminal attempt to commit theft by deception.

Wilfredo Torrado Smith, no age or address listed, was sentenced to 12 to 30 months in state prison for terroristic threats.

Jody Ray Bogol, 28, of Brownsville was sentenced to 11 1/2 to 23 months in state prison for simple assault.

Robert George Tovcimak, 44, of Millvale was sentenced to one year probation for bad checks. In a second case, he was sentenced to two years probation for bad checks and ordered to make $289.35 restitution to Gerry’s Western Shop.

Juan Curtis McCargo, 28, of Uniontown was sentenced to one to 12 months in Fayette County Prison for possession of drugs.

Sharon Lynn Richey, 47, of Connellsville was sentenced to 23 months Intermediate Punishment, the first 180 served on house arrest, for DUI.

Jason Michael Tesauro, 22, of Connellsville was sentenced to 18 to 36 months in a state prison for burglary. He was ordered to make $33.92 restitution to Jody Browell. In a second case, Tesauro was sentenced to another term of 18 to 36 months in prison for burglary.

Brock Andrew Burley, 24, of Connellsville was sentenced to 23 months Intermediate Punishment, the first 60 days served on house arrest, for DUI.

Scott Allen Wilson, 35, of Perryopolis was sentenced to 30 days to 23 months in Fayette County Prison for DUI. He was also ordered to make $203.45 restitution to Elaine L. Hatcher.

Ross Collin Wise, 20, of Lake Lynn was sentenced to 48 hours to 23 months in Fayette County Prison for DUI.

Jason David Basinger, 25, Connellsville was sentenced to 30 days to 11 1/2 months in Fayette County Prison for DUI. In a second case, Basinger was sentenced to 48 hours to 11 1/2 months for DUI.

Jack Alan Bennett, 43, of Hibbs was sentenced to one year probation for defiant trespass.

Harold Donald Moats, 66, of Smithfield was sentenced to three years probation for receiving stolen property. He was also ordered to make $8,900 restitution to Reese Warehouse and Appliance.

Ronald Snyder, 43, of McClellandtown was sentenced to two years probation for gambling devices.

Amanda E. Earnesty, 21, of Everson was sentenced to one year probation for criminal mischief. She was also ordered to make $200 restitution to K-Brothers Service Station and $1,841 to Erie Insurance Group.

Eric Richard Paugh, 25, of Point Marion was sentenced to two years probation for receiving stolen property.

Samantha Chew, 19, of Smithton was sentenced to two years probation for unsworn falsification to authorities.

Robert Edward Akers Jr., no age or address listed, was sentenced to one year probation for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jereme Andrew Seman, 19, of Dunbar was sentenced to five years probation for burglary. He was also ordered to make $4,405.80 restitution to McDonalds.

Robert Aaron Tissue, 26, of Connellsville was sentenced to three to 12 months in Fayette County Prison for possession of drugs.

James Robert Isler, 24, of Uniontown was sentenced to two years probation for delivery of drugs.

Nicole Lynn Norman, 24, of Uniontown was sentenced to one year probation for delivery of drugs.

Sandra lee Pealer, 38, of Connellsville was sentenced to five years probation for welfare fraud. She was also ordered to make $5,395.99 restitution to the Office of the Inspector General.

Rachelle Kay Sabarese, 31, of Fairchance was sentenced to one to 12 months in Fayette County Prison for retail theft and ordered to make $65 restitution to Shop-N-Save.

Brian Jerome Walkos, 44, of Uniontown was sentenced to one year probation for possession of a firearm with an altered manufacturer number.

Randolph Mosley Jr., 33, of Uniontown was sentenced to two years probation for simple assault.

Lorie Lynn Sabo, 28, of Brownsville was sentenced to one year probation for retail theft.

James Tellefsen, 20, of Waltersburg was sentenced to six to 23 months in Fayette County Prison for institutional vandalism. He was also ordered to make $10,000 restitution to Franklin Elementary School, $852.96 to State Farm Insurance and a total of $2,745 to three individuals.

Tamika Monae Withrow, 22, of Brownsville was sentenced to 23 months Intermediate Punishment, 12 months served on house arrest, for terroristic threats.

Earl Robert Casteel, 21, of Uniontown was sentenced to two years probation for simple assault and ordered to make $68.56 restitution to Tyrone Hyatt.

Ronald Dwight Ahlbron, no age or address listed, was sentenced to one year probation for receiving stolen property.

Connie Lee Pierson, 36, of Elm Grove, W.Va., was sentenced to 48 hours to 23 months in Fayette County Prison for DUI.

Robert Leon Sigwalt Jr., 24, of Dawson was sentenced to 48 hours to 23 months in Fayette County Prison for DUI.

John Edward Gardiner, 41, of Acme was sentenced to 23 months Intermediate Punishment, 60 days served on house arrest, for DUI. He was also sentenced to a second term of 90 days Intermediate Punishment for driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Harold Smith Jr., 31, of Uniontown was sentenced to 48 hours to 23 months in Fayette County Prison for DUI.

Daniel Ray Merico, 36, of Brownsville was sentenced to six to 12 months in state prison for terroristic threats.

Clara Elizabeth Golden, 20, of Connellsville was sentenced to one to 12 months in state prison for possession of drugs. For another count of possession, Golden was sentenced to an additional term of one to 12 months in prison.

Timothy Allen Norris, 39, of Mount Braddock was sentenced to one year probation for simple assault.

Angel S. Sigwalt, no age or address listed, was sentenced to one year probation for bad checks and ordered to make $1,200 restitution to John Over.

William E. Morris, 33, of Middleton, Ohio, was sentenced to one to 12 months in Fayette County Prison for bad checks. He was also ordered to make $3,612.89 to Wolfe’s TV and Appliance.

Daniel Jeffrey Bogol, no age or address listed, was sentenced to 12 to 24 months in state prison for retail theft.

Justin Scott Trump, 20, of Dunbar was sentenced to two to 12 months in Fayette County Prison and ordered to make $710 restitution to William Rutherford for criminal trespass.

Richard Lewis Coleman, 24, of Morgantown, W.Va., was sentenced to two years probation and ordered to make $2,924 restitution to Thomas McGee for simple assault.

William Steven Hall, 21, of McKeesport was sentenced to three to six months in Fayette County Prison for theft by unlawful taking. In another case, Hall was sentenced to six to 12 months in prison for arson. He was also ordered to make $605 restitution to Dawn A. Bibby and $15,379 to Harleysville Mid-Atlantic Claims.

Harley Davis King, 27, of Lake Lynn was sentenced to one to two years in a state prison for disposition of a vehicle with an altered vehicle identification number. He was sentenced to the same amount of time in a second case for possession with intent to deliver drugs.

James Clifford Snyder, 43, of Uledi was sentenced to 15 to 30 months in state prison for homicide by vehicle and an additional 90 days for driving with a suspended or revoked license. He was also ordered to make $4,348.80 restitution to Steven Weimer, $642.61 to Highmark Blue Cross/Blue Shield and $12,353.89 to Nationwide Insurance.

Daniel Joseph McGuinness, no age or address listed, was sentenced to 12 to 24 months in state prison for theft by deception. He was also ordered to make $300 restitution to Hazel Murphy. In another case, he was sentenced to another 12 to 24 months in prison for an additional count of theft by deception.

Darla Faye Powell, 32, of Connellsville was sentenced to 23 months Intermediate Punishment, 90 days on house arrest, for criminal attempt to acquire a controlled substance by misrepresentation.

Ryan William Cox, 39, of Columbus, Ohio, was sentenced to 23 months Intermediate Punishment, six months on house arrest, for retail theft.

John Austin Prinkey, 20, of Connellsville was sentenced to 12 months Intermediate Punishment, all to be served on house arrest, for theft by unlawful taking. In another case, he was sentenced to the same term for receiving stolen property. He was also ordered to make $500 restitution to William C. Harrington and $1,870.06 to Westfield Insurance Group.

Christopher Greer, 18, of Uniontown was sentenced to one year probation for altered or forged documents and plates. He was sentenced to an additional year probation on a second charge in the same case. Greer was also sentenced to another one-year term of probation for possession of drugs.

Clyde Clarence Mensch, no age or address listed, was sentenced to 31 to 62 months in a state prison for criminal conspiracy to commit robbery. He was also ordered to make $162.76 restitution to A-Plus Mini Mart.

Allen James Thomas, 33, of Grindstone was sentenced to 23 months Intermediate Punishment, the first 180 days served on house arrest, for DUI. He was also sentenced to 90 days on house arrest for driving with a suspended or revoked license.

James Evans, no age or address listed, was sentenced to nine to 18 months in the Fayette County Prison for firearms not to be carried without a license.
