The following people were recently sentenced in Fayette County Court. Sentences for driving under the influence of alcohol (DUI) generally require driver’s license forfeiture and attendance in the county’s alcohol safe-driving school, and also can include admission to the Interlock Program. John R. Hyatt, 31, of Everson was sentenced to one year probation for fleeing or eluding police.
Christy Lynn Price, 21, of Uniontown was sentenced to one year probation for two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. In a second case, she was sentenced to two years’ probation for bad checks and was ordered to make $2,919.78 in restitution to Reese’s Warehouse.
Antoine S. Samuel, 19, of Uniontown was sentenced to one year probation for possession of drug paraphernalia.
Mark W. Nicklow, 44, of Connellsville was sentenced to one year probation for terroristic threats.
Keith A. Thomas, 20, of Uniontown was sentenced to one year probation for simple assault.
Gregory Scott Huggins, 44, of Connellsville was sentenced to 12 to 24 months in a state prison for possession of a controlled substance and 21 to 42 months in a state prison for delivery of drugs.
Tabitha Kay Steindl, 21, of Connellsville was sentenced to six to 24 months in a state prison for forgery and was ordered to make $450 in restitution to Harold Bowser.
Jay Shawn Shipley, 26, of Connellsville was sentenced to 12 to 24 months in a state prison for burglary and was ordered to make $5,000 in restitution to Wide Waters Group and in a second case, $1,550 in restitution to CSX Railroad.
Brian Keith Onesko, 25, of Uniontown was sentenced to 12 to 24 months in a state prison for indecent assault.
Jonathan Ryan Encrapera, 24, of Pittsburgh was sentenced to 30 days’ probation for possession of a small amount of drugs and one year probation for possession of drug paraphernalia.
Brian Scott Stepanik, 30, of Uniontown was sentenced to one year probation for theft by unlawful taking and was ordered to make $50 in restitution to Sheetz in Connellsville.
Edward Allen Nara, 53, of Smithfield was sentenced to three years’ probation for theft by failure to make required disposition of funds. He was ordered to make $6,600 in restitution to MC’s Auto Sales.
Joshua Lee Morris, 20, of Uniontown was sentenced to one year probation for simple assault.
William Arnold Riggin Jr., 42, of West Leisenring was sentenced to 72 hours to six months in the Fayette County Prison for DUI.
Allen Dean Morris Jr., 22, of Uniontown was sentenced to one year probation for simple assault.
Erick Lee Sutton, 18, of Smithfield was sentenced to 23 months’ Intermediate Punishment, with the first 12 months served on house arrest, for simple assault and was ordered to make $1,323.29 in restitution to Health America/Health Assurance.
Mark John Krall, 51, of Uniontown was sentenced to six to 23 months in the Fayette County Prison for terroristic threats.
Miranda Ann Swihart, 22, of Lake Lynn was sentenced to five years’ probation for theft by deception and was ordered to make $5,149.68 in restitution to Rent-A-Center.
Timothy James Raymond, 48, of Uniontown was sentenced to six months’ probation for possession of a controlled substance.
Gregory K. Randolph, 43, of Uniontown was sentenced to 72 hours to six months in the Fayette County Prison for DUI.
Leonard W. Jackson Jr., 29, of Brownsville was sentenced to 72 hours to six months in the Fayette County Prison for DUI.
Randall L. Fisher, 38, of Connellsville was sentenced to 72 hours to six months in the Fayette County Prison for DUI.
Larry Ray Groover, 43, of Farmington was sentenced to 23 months’ Intermediate Punishment, with the first 180 days served on house arrest, for DUI.
Dale Alan Gemas, 37, of Connellsville was sentenced to 24 months’ Intermediate Punishment, with the entire term served on house arrest, for possession of a controlled substance.
John Bernard Smith, 34, of Fairchance was sentenced to four to eight months in a state prison for unauthorized use of an automobile. In a second case, he was sentenced to three to 12 months in a state prison for terroristic threats.
Terry K. Humpreys, 51, of Uniontown was sentenced to 72 hours to six months in the Fayette County Prison for DUI.
James C. Firestone, 26, no address listed was sentenced to two years’ probation for receiving stolen property.
Anna Jean Key, 41, of Connellsville was sentenced to one year probation for possession of a controlled substance.
Asraya Twigg, 27, of Markleysburg was sentenced to six months’ Intermediate Punishment, with the first 60 days served on house arrest, for DUI.
Von Hilton Weygandt II, 24, of Uniontown was sentenced to a total of 18 to 36 months in a state prison for delivery of 9.5 grams of cocaine and 1 gram of heroin. A sentence of 11 1/2 to 23 months in a state prison for simple assault will run at the same time.
Chad Allen Burton, 21, of Connellsville was sentenced to 18 to 36 months in a state prison for possession with intent to deliver drugs. In a second case, he was sentenced to 18 to 36 months for aggravated assault.
Tyrone Joseph Seich, 56, of Van Meter was sentenced to one to two years in a state prison for DUI and an additional 90 days for driving with a DUI-related suspended or revoked license.
Joshua Charles Shipp, 24, of Masontown was sentenced to 90 days to 20 months in the Fayette County Prison for DUI and an additional 90 days for driving with a DUI-related suspended or revoked license.
Robert Howard Helfen, 50, of Smock was sentenced to six months’ Intermediate Punishment, with the first 60 days served on house arrest, for DUI.
David James Wassell, 41, of Connellsville was sentenced to six to 12 months in the Fayette County Prison for theft by deception and was ordered to make $5 in restitution to Sunoco Honey Bear Store in Connellsville.
Stephen Vincent Rura, 36, of Masontown was sentenced to 72 hours to six months in the Fayette County Prison for DUI.
Eric Michael Floyd, 23, of New Salem was sentenced to six months’ Intermediate Punishment, with the first 60 days served on house arrest for DUI.
Clifford Arthur Bertocci, 39, of Perryopolis was sentenced to six months’ Intermediate Punishment, with the first 60 days served on house arrest, for DUI.
Daniel Wayne Reese, 26, of Uniontown was sentenced to 90 days to 23 months in the Fayette County Prison for operating a watercraft under the influence of alcohol.
Ghinny Lee Delorenzo, 40, of Uniontown was sentenced to 48 hours to six months in the Fayette County Prison for DUI and was ordered to make $500 in restitution to Matthew Glover and $4,923.90 to State Farm Insurance.
Steven Gregory Witherspoon, 49, of Philadelphia was sentenced to three to 23 months in the Fayette County Prison for recklessly endangering another person.
John Gary Johnson, 33, of Masontown was sentenced to one year probation for simple assault and was ordered to make $5,490.72 in restitution to Michael Robert Kisko II.
John Daniel Anderson, 32, of Farmington was sentenced to one year probation for simple assault and was ordered to make $11,614.50 in restitution to Justin Daniel McNeill.

Robert Allen Hair, 41, of Connellsville was sentenced to six months’ Intermediate Punishment, with the first 30 days served on house arrest, for DUI.
George Derrick Lemon, 23, of Hiller was sentenced to 23 months’ Intermediate Punishment, with the first 12 months served on house arrest, for forged or counterfeit documents or plates.
Dale Jackson Breakiron, 24, of Normalville was sentenced to one year probation for possession of drug paraphernalia.
William Nathan Trimbath, 26, of Republic was sentenced to 48 hours to 23 months in the Fayette County Prison for DUI.
Darrell Howard Foster, 28, of Uniontown was sentenced to 27 to 54 months in a state prison for possession with intent to deliver drugs.
Steven A. Sieckowski, 37, of West Newton was sentenced to six months’ probation for DUI.
Charles Bush, no age listed, of Allison was sentenced to one year probation for bad checks and was ordered to make $251 in restitution to Charter Communications.
Kevin A. Pistorious, 25, of Butler was sentenced to six months’ Intermediate Punishment, with the first 12 days served on house arrest, for DUI.
Kevin Wayne Brinketr, 36, of Connellsville was sentenced to 72 hours to six months in the Fayette County Prison for DUI.

Terry Lee David Jr., 28, of Uniontown was sentenced to one to 12 months in the Fayette County Prison for theft by unlawful taking and was ordered to make $65 in restitution to Marlece Louise White.

Charlene Voytovich-Elish, 44, of Grindstone was sentenced to two years’ probation for criminal mischief and was ordered to make $400 in restitution to Audrey Maxine Elish and $1,231.52 to Met Life.

Allen Richard Myers, 18, of Uniontown was sentenced to 11/2 to three years in a state prison for burglary and was ordered to make $1,438.70 in restitution to Joseph Embacher.
Brandon Scott Bloom, 24, of Lemont Furnace was sentenced to six to 24 months in a state prison for receiving stolen property and was ordered to make $6,872 in restitution to Dottie McGregor. In a second case, he was sentenced to 111/2 to 24 months in a state prison for receiving stolen property and was ordered to make $636.21 in restitution to National City Bank. In a third case, he was sentenced to six to 24 months for attempted burglary.
