James “Jim”
Roberts James “Jim” Roberts, age 46 of Republic, Pa., passed away Friday, September 19, 2008 in UPMC Presbyterian Hospital, Pittsburgh.
He was born December 29, 1961 in Uniontown, Pa., a son of James Andrew Roberts and Esmeralda Johnson Roberts who are deceased.
Jim was a member of the First Christian Church, Brownsville, Pennsylvania.
Surviving are his wife of twenty-seven years, Cindy Myers Roberts; daughters: Krista Felio and husband John of Masontown, Pa. and Ashley Roberts at home and her companion Cameron Chisler; a granddaughter Jenna Felio; sister Patty Kacijancic and husband Andy of Republic, Pa.; brothers: Raymond Johnson and wife Karen of North Carolina, Reverend Ron Riffle and wife Kim of Virginina, Barry Riffle and wife Judy of Brownsville, Pa., Terry Riffle and wife Mary of Brownsville, Pa. and Wayne Riffle of Ohio.
Jim will also be sadly missed by his mother-in-law, Marjorie, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law and numerous nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received in the ROBERT T. KISH FUNERAL HOME, 19 Legion Street, Republic, Pa. on Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Tuesday until 11 a.m., the Hour of Service with his Pastor Michael Peton officiating.
Interment will be in Thomas Cemetery, Markleysburg, Pa. In lieu of flowers, memorials in Jim’s name may be made to his wife Cindy.
