Karen Rice Muilenburg
Karen Rice Muilenburg, age 61 years, of Smithfield, Pennsylvania passed away on Saturday, February 5, 2011 at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, West Virginia.
She was born at Uniontown, Pennsylvania the daughter of the now late Kenneth Rice and Edith Frazee Rice.
She attended the Smithfield United Methodist Church, was employed as a Cafeteria Worker for the Smithfield Elementary School and was a 1967 graduate of the Albert Gallatin High School.
She also belonged to the Independent Pool League in Uniontown, Pennsylvania.
She is survived by her husband, Roger Muilenburg; one son, Shane Eugene Rice of Haydentown, Pennsylvania; one grandson, Braeden; and one brother, Kenneth Rice of Coraopolis, Pennsylvania.
The Family will receive Friends in the JOHN F. BROWNFIELD FUNERAL HOME OF SMITHFIELD, PA on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. and Wednesday, February 9, 2011 at 12 Noon when Services will be conducted with the Rev. Jay Polowsky officiating.
Interment will follow in Mount Moriah Cemetery, Smithfield, Pennsylvania.
