Police identify motorists injured in Jefferson Township crash

State police have identified motorists injured when two vehicles collided Wednesday afternoon in Jefferson Township.

State police Trooper Kevin Gabrovsek said the crash occurred around 4:15?p.m. on Route 201 near the intersection of Clark and Francis Roads.

Gabrovsek said a Ford Escape driven by Cheyenne Hiles, 16, of Grindstone attempted to cross over Route 201 from Clark Road and onto Francis Road when it was struck by a Mercury Mountaineer driven by Monica Kerestes, 31, of Fayette City.
