Lillian Winifred ‘Winnie’ Epperson Horney
Lillian Winifred ‘Winnie’ Epperson Horney, 52, of Fairchance, Pa., died unexpectedly Monday, July 18, 2011, in the Uniontown Hospital.
She was born Decmber 14, 1958 in Baltimore, Maryland, a daughter of the late Maywood and Irene Weiss Epperson.
Surviving are nieces and their families, Melissa Epperson and children, Dayton, Chloe and Anthony of Greensburg, Pa. and Tina Geelan of Smithfield; her in-laws of the Horney and Ayers Family; a number of loving friends, including Robin McClay and Margaret Booker; and her furry little puppy, Eve Mae.
She was predeceased by her loving and devoted husband, Randy L. Horney on April 9, 2010 and by a sister, Paula and a brother, Dennis.
Friends will be received in the RICHARD R. HEROD FUNERAL HOME, Point Marion, on Saturday, July 30, 2011, from 1 – 3 p.m., the hour of a Memorial Service, with Rev. Scott Teets officiating.
Interment follows in the Cedar Grove Cemetery, New Geneva, Pa.
