Virgiina Lee (Pike) Barnes
Virginia Lee (Pike) Barnes, age 83, of Star Junction, Pennsylvania passed away on Friday, October 9, 2015.
Virginia was born on February 16, 1932 in Star Junction, Pennsylvania a daughter of William Thomas Pike and Josephine (Reel) Pike.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, Earl G. Barnes; and by her parents.
Virginia is survived by her children: daughter, Cindy Gallik and her husband John Robert Gallik of North Huntingdon, Pa., and son, Tom Barnes and his wife Darlene of West Mifflin, Pa.; three grand children: Brandon Barnes, Jessica Barnes and Taylor Gallik; and her sister, Lois Jenkins of Petaluma, California.
Virginia’s family will receive friends today, Sunday October, 11, 2015 from 7 to 9 p.m. and on Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. in the BLAIR-LOWTHER FUNERAL HOME INC., 305 Rear Independence Street, Perryopolis, Pa., where additional visitation will take place on Tuesday, October 13, until 11:00 a.m., the hour of her Funeral Service with Reverend Robert Rabenstein officiating.
Interment will follow in Lafayette Memorial Park, Brier Hill, Pa.
