Man shot, killed at Uniontown residence

A Uniontown man was shot and killed at a house in Uniontown Sunday night, according to police.

Jacob Wilson, 20, was found dead of a gunshot wound at 48 Murray Ave., according to Lt. Tom Kolencik, a spokesman for the Uniontown police department.

Police were called to the residence about 8:25 p.m. The cause of death has been ruled a homicide, according to Dr. Bob Baker, the Fayette County coroner.

There are no suspects, and police are investigating, Kolencik said.
