Police seeking missing Fayette woman

The Pennsylvania State Police Uniontown Station is seeking the public’s help in locating a missing and endangered person.

Rochelle Winn was last seen on video surveillance around 8:44 p.m. Saturday in Connellsville. Her most recent cell phone activity placed her in Confluence about 7:05 p.m. Sunday.

That day, she was also reported to be at the Anchor Inn in Addison.

Winn is described as a white woman with gray hair and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing a black coat with red ribbons and black yoga pants.

She is believed to suffer from serious medical conditions.

Police suspect Winn is traveling south and may be heading toward Georgia.
