Alexis Metros, the new chief of the Uniontown Police Department, sits at her desk after being sworn in Monday. Metros has been a full-time officer with the department since 2022. She previously worked with the Masontown and Brownsville departments. Metros replaces Delbert DeWitt, who is now director of public safety at Robert Morris University.
