Three charged with prostitution in Fayette
A Fayette county couple and another woman face charges of prostitution.
Harry Guthrie, 59, and Emmalie Guthrie, 53, of East Millsboro, were charged Friday along with Kimberly Hoar, 28, of Bentleyville.
Hoar told state police from the Belle Vernon barracks she had been in an on-and-off relationship with Harry Guthrie, most recently from the spring of 2025 until the winter of 2026, according to court documents.
Harry Guthrie acknowledged the relationship to police, but denied accusations of prostitution, saying the money was just to “help her out,” the complaints said.
Police executing a search warrant on Harry Guthrie’s phone found screenshots of text messages from Hoar discussing payment specifically linked to sexual activity, and complaining that Emmalie Guthrie had not provided the money as agreed upon beforehand, court documents said.
All three had yet to be arraigned as of Monday afternoon.
