The $3 million Mega Moolah Multiplier is a $30 game that offers three top prizes of $3 million.
Scratch-off prizes expire one year from the game’s end-sale date posted at palottery.com. It is recommended that the winner immediately signs the back of the winning ticket and calls the Lottery at 1-800-692-7481.
Lottery officials said the scratch-offs are distributed randomly, meaning the Pennsylvania Lottery and its retailers do not know where winning tickets are sold.
All lottery prizes of more than $5,000 are subject to state and federal taxes.
