Three Fayette County men were arrested in connection with a shooting in Saltlick Township Friday night.

Raymond Fulton III, 23, and Dakota Fulton, 23, both of Acme; and Asher Parkinson, 24, of Indian Head, turned themselves in to authorities Saturday.

The three were involved in a confrontation with Dylan Hice that occurred about 6:25 p.m. when multiple people arrived at a storage location on Hillview Lane, Pennsylvania State Police said in a release.

Kayla Grimes, Hice’s girlfriend and the mother of Parkinson’s child, told police that Hice had been helping her move at the time. Parkinson had previously told Grimes if Hice came on the property “it would be bad,” according to the criminal complaint.

The three men pulled up shortly after Grimes and Hice arrived at the property, Hice told police. Seeing that one of them had a gun, Hice pulled out his own gun from his holster but did not fire, the complaint said.

Parkinson then told the other two to shoot Hice, at which point Dakota Fulton pulled out a pistol, court documents state.

Hice and other witnesses told police he turned away and began to run.

Hice told police he got about 30 yards away before eight to 10 shots were fired in his direction. An unnamed witness saw Raymond Fulton fire six to eight shots at Hice, the complaint said. Witnesses said Dakota Fulton also brandished a gun, but could not be sure if he fired it, according to court documents.

Hice suffered two gunshot wounds to the lower back and one to his right heel, the complaint said. State police said Hice was taken to UPMC Presbyterian Hospital, where he was in stable condition.

Dakota and Raymond Fulton and Parkinson are charged with criminal attempted homicide, aggravated assault and recklessly endangering another person.

Additionally, Parkinson is charged with endangering the welfare of children, strangulation and simple assault. Raymond Fulton is also charged with carrying a firearm without a license.

Judge Ronald Haggerty denied bail to all three on the grounds of posing a danger to society.

All three have preliminary hearings scheduled for May 27.
