Ben Mosier, a clerk with the Fayette County Election Bureau, feeds mail-in ballots through the county's sorting machine — which the workers have dubbed "Lucy" — Monday afternoon. Polls are open today from 7 a.m. until 8 p.m. Election Director Marybeth Kuznik said there were no numbers available Monday regarding how many of the 300 voters who may not have received their mail-in ballots had received replacements, but said "a lot of people are working on reaching out to voters to make sure that they know they have options." Mail-in voters concerned about their vote being counted can drop it off in person at the county elections office from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. today. If they need someone else to bring it, that person must go to the post office on 47 E. Fayette St. and hand it over the counter to the clerk. [Garrett Neese]
