Roberta Sue Fultz Holland transitioned peacefully into eternal rest, in the presence of her loving daughter, Sharon Elizabeth Holland Paris, Thursday, July 31, 2025. She was born in Petersburg Va., October 3, 1939, to Pearlie Amos and Margaret Fultz Oliver.
Roberta was a faithful member of Mt. Olivet Baptist Church before moving to New York, where she was a faithful member of Greater Central Baptist Church in New York.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Amos and Margaret Oliver; siblings, Annette, Delores, Kenneth, Ruth and Cheryl.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her daughter, Sharon Elizabeth; son-in-law, Craig Paris; grandchildren, Tiffany, Tristan, Tatiana, and Torian; siblings, Ida Pearl (Jimmy), Amos, Grace, Mary, Beatrice, Donna (Tim), James, and Terry (Kay); and a host of nieces, nephews, close friends and loved ones.
A service will be held at 12 p.m. Friday, August 15, in Sylvan Heights Chapel, officiated by Dr. Shelia Gilliams – Greater Central Baptist Church, New York.
