Charlene R. Patsko, 69, of Adah, passed away Tuesday, August 12, 2025.
She was born Friday, February 3, 1956, to the late Charles and Olga Rumzik Yankulics.
Charlene was a member of St. Francis of Assisi, Masontown.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Left to cherish her memories are her loving husband, Joseph Patsko; son, Jeffrey (Mallory) Patsko; grandchildren, Owen Patsko and Arden Patsko; sisters, Linda Hobrat and Catherine Thompson; sisters-in- law, Louise Sullivan, Carol (Robert) Danoski, Barbara Kudra; and many nieces and nephews.
A blessing service was held at 10 a.m. Saturday, August 16, in the TERRAVECCHIA-HAKY HOME FOR FUNERALS, INC., 515 North Main Street, Masontown.
Interment followed in St. Mary’s Cemetery Leckrone.
