John W. Geho

John W. Geho, 83, of Uniontown, passed away Wednesday, December 24, 2025, in Uniontown Hospital.
He was born January 31, 1942, in Uniontown, son of the late Floyd E. Geho and Mary Nigriny Geho.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his sister, Lois J. Geho.
John was a 1959 graduate of South Union High School. He attended the University of Pittsburgh from 1959 to 1960 where he played on the football team. John served in the United States Air Force from 1961 to 1966.
After his discharge from the Air Force, he then attended IUP from 1966 to 1967. He worked as a pipe inspector at Camp Hill Steel Mill. John formerly attended Third Presbyterian Church.
He was a member of AMVETS Post #103 of Hopwood and the Hutchinson Sportsman’s Club.
Left to cherish John’s memory are his loving wife of 56 years, Carolyn L. Gearing Geho of Uniontown; daughter, Renee Beckish and husband, Pete of Uniontown; and brother, Floyd Geho and wife, Theresa of Uniontown.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the ANDREW D. FERGUSON FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORIES, INC., 80 Morgantown Street, Uniontown.
