Cherry Christine Yoho Kruest, 73, of Uniontown passed on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, at Uniontown Hospital.

Born February 28, 1952, in Sewickley, daughter of the late Amos and Dorothy Pringle Yoho.

The beloved wife of 49 years to John A. Kruest. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children: Cary Zimmerman of Columbia Station, Ohio, Suzanne Savage of Republic and Brian Kruest of Uniontown; her grandchildren: Jacob, Miranda, Trina, William, George, Raymond, Betty, Michael and Zachary; her great-grandchildren: Issac, Ivan, Mercedes, Genevive and Kayla; her siblings: Sue Moldeven, Ruby Yoho, Jane Raisley and Sharon Kleman; and nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brothers, Donald Pringle and Mitchell Yoho.

Cherry was a field inspector for Monaca School District, loved to crochet, bake and was a great homemaker. Loved taking care of children and put others first.

Visitation at STEPHEN R. HAKY FUNERAL HOME, 603 N. Gallatin Ave. Ext., Uniontown, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. on Friday. Funeral Service at 12 p.m. on Saturday, in the funeral home. Interment will be in Lafayette Memorial Park, Brier Hill.
