Jackie Ray Donaldson “Jack” passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, October 25, 2025.
He was born on July 19, 1949 to the late John B. And Sarah Donaldson.
He served in the US Marine Corp., was an Eagle Scout and a lifetime member of the Alfred Wilson Memorial VFW Post 7219.
Jack loved hunting, fishing and woodworking and was an auto body mechanic by trade.
Preceding him in death were his sister, Jill Yokobosky and daughter, Jillynda Kozak and his first wife, Wanda Smith Donaldson.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Norma Jean Donaldson; children, Tina Bittinger, Jason (Emily) Donaldson, Matthew (Chloe) Donaldson, and Michael (Bella) Donaldson; step-children, David (Crystal) Barnhart, Barbara Miscovich, and Robert Bowlen; nieces and nephew, Lisa (Jack) Murray and Nathan Yokobosky; grandkids, Melissa (Dan) Janesko, Megan (Zach) Dillow, Gregory (Taylor) Bittinger, Wyatt Bittinger, Michael “Mikey” Donaldson Jr., Etta and Jake Donaldson, Hailey Donaldson and Kylee Barnhart, Kelsie and Amelia Kozak; great- grandkids, Mia Janesko, Hudson and Haddie Dillow and many many friends and family left to cherish his memory.
The family will receive friends and family in the DEAN C. WHITMARSH FUNERAL HOME, 134 West Church Street, Fairchance, Pa. on Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m., Thursday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. and on Friday from 10 to 11 a.m. the hour of service with Pastor Chuck McLaughlin officiating.
Interment will follow in Mount Moriah Baptist Cemetery, Smithfield, Pa. with Military Rites being accorded by General Marshall Amvets Post 103 Honor Guard.
