Masontown

Deborah K. Bowers, 68, of Masontown, passed away unexpectedly Saturday, October 25, 2025, in Ruby Memorial Hospital.

She was born April 20, 1957, to the late Kenneth Lewis and Freda Schreck Lint Lewis.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving companion, Carl E. Smith, with whom she spent some of her best years with; and seven brothers and sisters.

Left to cherish her memory are her loving daughters, Heather Ricco and husband Tony, and Aimee Thomas and husband Wayne; her grandchildren, whom she adored, Jessica Ricco and husband Jay, Kaitlyn Thomas, Anthony Ricco, and Kaiden Thomas; she is also survived by sisters, Brenda Lewis and Bertie Hostetler; and brothers, Amos (Rosie) and Kenny (Bernie) Lewis; and several nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received from 3 to 6 p.m. Wednesday, October 29, in the TERRAVECCHIA- HAKY HOME FOR FUNERALS, INC., 515 N. Main Street, Masontown, PA 15461.

Interment will be private.
