Fairchance

LaDonna R. Swaney, 77, of Fairchance, passed away in her home Saturday, March 28, 2026. She was born September 17, 1948 and was a graduate of Fairchance- Georges High School.

She worked many different jobs over the years, but was especially fond of her time at The Bon-Ton.

She was a member of the Fairchance Free Methodist Church and cherished memories of teaching Sunday school.

LaDonna was preceded in death by her husband, Harry; her parents, Guy and LaVera Ansell; brother, Galen; and stepchildren, Shree Gates and Dane Swaney.

She is survived by her sister, Eileen Sutton; her children, Robert (Lori) Stoneking, and Kelly (Don) Greco; grandchildren, Delanie, Lauren and Alec; stepchildren, Greg, Yvonne, Dana and their families; and many nieces and nephews.

Per LaDonna’s request, there will be no visitation or service. A private memorial will be held.
