In the evening of Saturday, March 28, 2026, Frances Elizabeth Johnson quietly went home to be with her Lord.
Frances was affectionately known as Mom, Momma, Mother, Granny, Annie Frannie, and Auntie.
She leaves to cherish her memory her beloved husband, Jesse G. “Coach” Johnson of Spotsylvania, Va.; her sister, Lorraine (Jerome) Fant of Pittsburgh; and many children, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
A viewing will begin at 10 a.m. Monday, April 20, in A L Bennett and Son Funeral Home, of Fredericksburg, Va., with a celebration of life to follow at 11 a.m.
