McClellandtown

Marie “Stuck” Clark, 81, of McClellandtown, ascended to heaven to be with her Lord Thursday, August 13, 2026. Welcoming her home were her parents, Orville and Agnes Stuck; and the love of her life, Ronald Lee Clark.

Mourning her absence are her children, Kevin Clark (Mary), Daniel Clark (Brenda), Jennifer Clark (Jeff). Also in mourning are her grandchildren, Shanna Humphrey (Evan), Taylar Clark (Kendra), Rebekah Davis (Phil), Jonah Clark, Haymond George (Katie), Emily Clark and Bethany Clark; along with her many beloved great- grandchildren, Oliver, Ermalee, Kennedy, Mackenzie, Maverick, Everleigh, RJ, Madi, and Cole. Marie is also survived and remembered by her brother, Robert Stuck; and her best friend and sister, Irene Fagan. And finally, her four-legged companion, Maggie the cat.

Marie was born in Uniontown May 2, 1945, one of 13 children born to Orville and Agnes.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by five brothers, and five sisters.

Marie was a dedicated member of Palmer Community Church all her life, devoting her cooking skills for church community dinners and ensuring her grandkids attended Sunday school.

At home, Marie was a homemaker who made the best chocolate chip cookies and cabbage rolls for anyone lucky enough to visit. She and her better half, Ronnie, were always in the middle of a house project when she was not busy with her grandkids and great-grandkids. Marie had a quick, dry sense of humor and unshakeable faith in her Lord. She will be remembered fondly until we see her again one day in heaven.

Friends will be received in the DEARTH FUNERAL HOME, 35 South Mill Street, New Salem, Sunday, August 16, from 3 until the time of a funeral service at 5 p.m.

The family would also like to extend a special thanks to Amedysis Hospice for their fantastic care and the staff the Gathering Place for providing her a comfortable home at the end of her life.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that any expressions of sympathy be made as contributions to express their gratitude for the staff who helped Marie through her final stages of life.

Additionally, donations can be made directly to The Gathering Place at 390 Mountain Road, Uniontown, PA 15401, to support the place she has called home and the staff she had called family for the last two and a half years.
