Harry L. “Hank” Schiffbauer, Jr., 70, of Uniontown, passed away on Monday, February 2, 2026, in WVU Uniontown Hospital.
He was born September 2, 1955, in Uniontown, the son of the late Harry L. Sr. and Betty L. Thompson Schiffbauer.
Harry is survived by his daughter, Stacey Basista (Joe) of Rostraver; grandson, Brandon Basista (Jenna) of Elizabeth Township; great-grandchildren: Athena, Luci and one on the way; and many additional family members who he loved.
He had a sweet, kind and gentle soul. Harry had his long hair and always wore his flipflops and cross, to know him was to love him.
Visitation will be held in the DONALD R. CRAWFORD FUNERAL HOME, HOPWOOD, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, February 5. Additional visitation will be held from 10 to 11 a.m., the hour of the funeral service, Friday, February 6, with Pastor Allen Ellsworth officiating. Interment will be held in Christ Lutheran Cemetery, Chalk Hill.
