Helen M. Michael Czuchan, 93, of Uniontown, passed away Monday, February 16, 2026, in Monarch Meadow.

Visitation in STEPHEN R. HAKY FUNERAL HOME, 603 N. Gallatin Avenue Extension, Uniontown, Thursday, February 19, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday Prayers of Transfer at 9:15 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church, 180 Old Walnut Hill Road, Uniontown. Interment will follow at Sylvan Heights Cemetery.
