Mrs. Renee M. Clancey, 68, of Uniontown, passed away Tuesday, January 13, 2026, in Uniontown Hospital.
She was born in Uniontown November 11, 1957, to George and Elaine Liptock Blanda.
Renee graduated from Laurel Highlands High School, Class of 1975.
She married Mr. William Clancey June 13, 1987.
Renee was a member of St. Mary Nativity Church.
She previously worked at the Gallatin Bank.
Renee was an avid reader, enjoyed traveling, and watching romantic stories on Hallmark.
She is survived by her parents, George and Elaine Blanda of Uniontown; her loving husband of 38 years, William Clancey of Uniontown; a daughter, Kaitlin Lamison and husband Doug of Muncie, Ind.; a grandson, Westley; a brother, Georgie Blanda and significant other Michelle Wilson of Uniontown; nephews, Georgie and Andrew; aunts, Janice Liptak and husband Nicholas of Bittner, and Pauline Titnich of Smock; and an uncle, Steve Blanda and wife Irene of Smock; and several great-nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by an aunt, Mary Zuzak; and uncles, Leonard Liptak and Frank Blanda.
Visitation for Renee will be held in the STEPHEN R. HAKY FUNERAL HOME, 603 N. Gallatin Avenue Ext., Uniontown, PA 15401, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, January 15. A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 1 p.m. Friday, January 16, in St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church, 180 Old Walnut Hill Road, Uniontown, PA 15401, with prayers of transfer at the funeral home at 12:15 p.m.
Interment is in Sylvan Heights Cemetery.
