Amelia “Millie” T. Babko, 94, of Brownsville, passed away Friday, July 3, 2026.
She was born May 22, 1932 in Brownsville, to the late Ettore and Louise Cicchetti Merlo.
She was a member of the Historic Church of St. Peter.
Millie was predeceased by her husband, George Babko.
She is survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received in the SKIRPAN FUNERAL HOME, 135 Park Street, Brownsville, Friday, July 10, from 4 to 8 p.m., and Saturday, July 11, until 10:30 a.m., when a prayer service will be held followed by a Funeral Mass at 11 a.m. in the Historic Church of St. Peter, with the Rev. Fr. Efren Ambre as celebrant. Entombment will be at Lafayette Memorial Park.
