Cheryl Lynn Miller Lovey, 72, of Uniontown, went home to be with her heavenly loved ones, Friday, July 10, 2026.
She was born March 5, 1954 in Moline, Illinois, a daughter of the late Dr. Raymond Miller, Sr. and Shirley Jean Hunter Miller.
Also preceding her in death was her loving husband of 50 years, Mark Allen Lovey, Sr., December 6, 2021.
A lot of people knew her as “Shoo-bee”, “Tho she be but little, she is fierce.” She had a strong Christian faith and loved Jesus, her family and her friends. She had the biggest heart for all animals, from her dogs to the deer she would feed every evening. You could always find her in a sunny spot, planting the most beautiful flowers every year. She was the greatest wife, mother, and grandmother.
Left to cherish her memory are her children, Kristy Lynn Alexander (Jason) and Mark Allen Lovey, Jr., both of Uniontown; four grandchildren: Nicholas, Lena, Aydin and Brendon; great-granddaughter, Naomi; two brothers, Raymond E. Miller, Jr., of Hopwood and Dr. Ewing “Mac” Miller of Uniontown; and many other family members and friends.
To honor Cheryl’s wishes, funeral services are private under the direction of SHELL FUNERAL HOME, INC. Private interment will be held at a later date at Walnut Hill Cemetery.
