Patrick Michael “Pat” O’Reilly, 51, passed away Monday, June 1, 2026, in Laurel Ridge Nursing Home.

He was born July 28, 1974 in Danville, Ind., to Terrence “Terry” and the late Betty Markutsa O’Reilly.

In addition to his father, he is survived by his aunts, Margurie Maurer, and Marie (Joe) Karona.

Visitation for Pat will be held in the STEPHEN R. HAKY FUNERAL HOME, 603 N. Gallatin Avenue Ext., Uniontown, PA 15401, Thursday, June 4, from 10 a.m. to 12 noon, immediately followed by a blessing service in the funeral home.

Interment is in Mt. St. Macrina Cemetery.
