Uniontown

Mr. Thomas R. Roberts, 78, of Uniontown, passed away peacefully Sunday, June 7, 2026, in his home, surrounded by his family.

Thomas was predeceased by his loving wife, Barbara Roberts; his son, Thomas Roberts, Jr.; parents, William and Dorothy Dallas Roberts; and a brother, William Roberts.

Born in Uniontown January 18, 1948, Thomas graduated from Uniontown High School then served in the United States Navy during the Vietnam era.

Thomas is survived by his daughter, Terri Burkholder of Uniontown; his grandchildren, Dakota and Dylan Burkholder, both of Uniontown, Stephen Roberts and wife Stephanie of McClellandtown; great- granddaughter, Everly Roberts; a sister, Sandra Olsavicky and husband Thomas of Grafton, Va.; and many friends and family.

Thomas was one of the most generous, honest, hard working men. He would do anything for anyone.

He enjoyed his job as a security officer at Laurel Highlands High School and spending time with his dogs, LuLu and Bo.

Thomas was a member of St. John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, June 19, in St. John the Evangelist R. C. Church, 50 Jefferson Street, Uniontown, PA 15401.
