Kimmi Lynn Bailey, 50, of Smock, passed away Wednesday, October 28, 2026 in UPMC Shadyside Hospital, Pittsburgh. She was born February 21, 1976, a daughter of Donald “Kenny” Budd and the late Linda Renee Budd.
Kimmi is survived by her husband, Jeffrey Alan Bailey; daughter, Makaylah Ashlynn Bailey; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
She enjoyed attending “K-Pop” concerts with her daughter and best friend, Danielle Cogar.
Kimmi’s family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday, November 1, in the BLAIR-LOWTHER FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY, 305 Rear Independence Street, Perryopolis, where her funeral service will be held Monday, November 2, at 11 a.m., with Pastor Michael Lyons officiating. Interment will follow in Lafayette Memorial Park, Brier Hill.
