Patricia Slebodnik D’Isidoro, 67, of Smock, was reunited with her husband Tuesday, October 6, 2026, in Uniontown Hospital.
She was born November 19, 1953 in Pittsburgh, a daughter of Thomas Paul and Helen Elizabeth Bitner Slebodnik.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 46 years, David D’Isidoro.
Patricia graduated from Frazier High School and was a member of St. John The Baptist R.C. Church, Perryopolis. She was a cake maker for over 50 years.
Patricia is survived by her son, Anthony “Tony” Paul D’Isidoro and wife Bonnie Mason; sister, Thomasine Slebodnik; and her special pet cat, “Spooky”.
Patricia’s family will received friends in the BLAIR-LOWTHER FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY, 305 Rear Indepence Street, Perryopolis, Friday, October, 9, from 12 noon until 1:30 p.m., when a blessing service will be held, with Father Anthony Onoko as celebrant. Entombment will follow in Lafayette Memorial Park, Brier Hill.
