Nicholas “Nick” Thomas Gulino, 60, of Uniontown, passed away unexpectedly Thursday, October 8, 2026. He was a beloved husband, father, and friend, and his family is heartbroken by his loss.
Nick was born March 12, 1966, in Uniontown, the son of the late Samuel L. Gulino, Sr. and Frances DeConcilus Gulino.
Nick is survived by his wife, Tina; and his daughters, Giavanna and Valentina; his brothers, Samuel L. Gulino, Jr. and wife Patty, and Joseph Gulino and partner Terry Stalnaker; his sister- in-law, Paula Petrie and husband Theodore; his nephew, Anthony Gulino; and many other family members and friends. He also leaves behind his Yorkshire Terriers, Stella, Ophelia, and Paloma, his constant companions.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his in-laws, Pete and Mary De Rose; his nephew, Michael Gulino; and his Yorkshire Terriers, Macey and Luna.
Nick treasured his friends, including Larry and Mary Schupp, Ed Zelich, Jeff Fischer, Erik Frend, and Alex “Buddy” Marra, who were like family to him. Nick found his greatest joy cooking for his family, watching the Steelers, and spending time hunting and fishing. Above all, he was so proud of his daughters and loved watching them perform on the Pitt Dance Team while cheering on the Panthers.
Nick was loved for his generous heart, his steady presence, and the way he made everyone around him feel like family. It was a privilege to know him.
In keeping with his wishes, Nick will be cremated, and there will be no visitation. His family invites you to join them for a Memorial Mass, in Nick’s honor, in Saint Therese deLisieux R.C. Church, Uniontown, Wednesday, October 14, at 10 a.m.
Everybody please meet at St. Therese for 10 a.m.
