Nico Allen Johns, 23, of Uniontown, passed away Thursday, October 8, 2026.
He was born in Uniontown July 20, 2003 to Richard “Tiny” and his “Momma” Jaime Smith Johns.
Nico graduated from Laurel Highlands High School, Class of 2022, where he was on the WPIAL basketball championship team for Laurel Highlands High School. He then graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelors degree in Accounting. He currently attended law school at University of Florida in Gainesville, Fla.
He was a member of St. Mary Nativity Church.
Nico enjoyed playing billiards and dearly loved his little cousins.
He is survived by his parents, Richard and Jaime Johns; “Sissy” Gianna Johns; maternal grandparents, Larry and Deborah Smith; paternal grandparents, John and Roseann Sloboda; aunts and uncles, David and Leah Walters, Larry and Brandi Smith, Santino Sloboda; great-aunts and uncles, Rennie and Caroline Heavener, Paul and Patty Thomas, Michael and Susan Bartock, Jackie LaPresta, Deanne Greeley Reese; and numerous cousins.
Nico was preceded in death by uncles, James “Gio” Robert Greeley, Frederick “Buzzy” Bartock, and Joseph Bartock.
Visitation will be held in the STEPHEN R. HAKY FUNERAL HOME, 603 N. Gallatin Avenue Extension, Uniontown, PA 15401, Tuesday, October 13, from 2 to 8 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday, October 14, at 10 a.m. in St. Mary Nativity Church, 61 N. Mt. Vernon Avenue, Uniontown, PA 15401.
Interment is in Sylvan Heights Cemetery.
