Adam A. Kushak, 34, of Uniontown, PA, passed away suddenly Sunday, October 11, 2026.
Adam was preceded in death by his brothers, Jacob Andrew Kushak and William Richards Jr.; and grandparents, Steve “Feets” and Velma Gmutza and Frank and Olive Kushak.
He is survived by his beloved wife Fahtimae Shamsi; sons, Ares Alexander Kushak and Rowan William Kushak; parents, Stanley “Stush” Kushak (Laura) and Michaelene McQuiston (Victor); siblings, Cassie Myers (Nathen), Noah Kushak (Amelia), Mara Kushak, and Ariel Kushak; niece, Lainey Kushak; nephew, Sabastian Payton; and Tegan “Niko” Kushak his brother from another mother; his special aunt Cheryl Kushak Cockfield Penny, Kushak Stewart, and Michelle Chisler; Adam is also survived by many many loving family members and friends.
Friends and family will be received from 2 to 6 p.m. on Friday, October 16, 2026, at the GATES FUNERAL HOME and CREMATORY, 136 N. Gallatin Avenue, Uniontown, where visitation will continue from 10 to 11 a.m. on Saturday, October 17.
A funeral service will then be held at 11:30 a.m. at the Holy Resurrection Orthodox Church, 110 Main Street, West Brownsville, PA. Interment Holy Resurrection Orthodox Cemetery, Centerville PA.
