Charles Peter Yezbak Jr. DDS., passed away on Saturday, October 17, 2026, at home with his family surrounded by love, compassion, care and kindness, the same he shared with everyone he met.
Visitation will be held in the DONALD R. CRAWFORD FUNERAL HOME, 1189 National Pike Hopwood, PA 15445, Thursday, October 22, from 3 to 8 p.m., with the Parish Vigil service being held at 4:30 p.m. Additional visitation will be held Friday, October 23, from 9 until prayers of transfer at 9:30 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church at 10 a.m. Interment will follow in Mount Saint Macrina Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Charles’ name to St. John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church, St. George Maronite Church, or St. Vincent de Paul.
