Shirley C. Flosnik

Shirley C. Carnegie Flosnik, 93, of Winchester, Va., passed away peacefully on Friday, August 28, 2026, in The Willows at Meadow Branch.
She was born on March 13, 1933, in Pittsburgh, the daughter of the late Albert and Grace Vecchio Carnegie.
In addition to her parents, Shirley was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Thomas George Flosnik; and her sisters, Jean Carnegie Peterson and her husband, Charles, and Ruth Carnegie.
Shirley is survived by her sons, Thomas M. Flosnik and Michael P. Flosnik and his wife, Anne O’Grady Flosnik; and her grandchildren, Liam Flosnik and Ciara Flosnik.
She was a member of St. Joan of Arc Roman Catholic Church, where she was active in the Ladies Guild, the SJOA Bereavement Group and the St. Joan of Arc Book Club. She was also a member of the Great Meadows Garden Club.
Visitation will be held in the DONALD R. CRAWFORD FUNERAL HOME, Farmington, Wednesday, September 9, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Additional visitation will be held on Thursday, September 10 from 9 until prayers of transfer at 9:30 a.m., followed by a mass of Christian burial in St. Joan of Arc R.C. Church, 3523 National Pike, Farmington, PA 15437, at 10 a.m. Interment will be private.
