Elizabeth M. Kubica-Nicklow, 63, of Connellsville, passed away on Saturday, September 26, 2026 at her residence.
She was born in Uniontown on July 9, 1963, to the late Thomas J. and Margaret R. Saradi Kubica.
Elizabeth graduated from Uniontown High School, class of 1981. She attended Pittsburgh Art Institute and received a bachelor in nursing from Penn State Fayette Campus.
She was an artist throughout her life and a long time friend of Bill W.
Elizabeth was a member of the Church of the Immaculate Conception in Connellsville, and she attended St. Rita Roman Catholic Church and St. John the Evangelist Church in Connellsville.
She is survived by a companion, Daniel Miller; three children: Bridget Perry and companion, Jon Smart, Travis Perry and companion, Sarah Renninger and William Perry and wife, Jen; two grandchildren; three sisters: Irene Barthmare and companion, Jim Addis, Eleanor Pulice and husband, Frank and Julie Rice and husband, Ralph; and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Thomas M. Kubica.
Visitation for Elizabeth will be held at the STEPHEN R. HAKY FUNERAL HOME, 603 N. Gallatin Ave. Ext., Uniontown, PA 15401, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, September 29. A committal ceremony will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, September 30, at St. Hedwig Cemetery in Smock.
