LETTER: Which way to go?
Are we heading down a blind alley with only a candle in our hands?
I am talking about no light at the end of the tunnel when related to President Trump’s belief that imposing tariffs on imported goods somehow will bring back economic prosperity for the majority of voters who trusted in him.
Investors are unable to tell which way to proceed: Should they go forward with no more light than a lit candle can provide? Should they turn around and head back to where they started? Can we turn back time? Should they stop? Not move a muscle? Look down at the puddled alley floor? Look left and right at the brick walls that have us trapped in the Federal Reserve System that prints trillions in fiat paper currency?
What about looking up for guidance from a higher power? Anyone thinking of doing that?
