The Fayette County Baseball League is reorganizing for the 2026 season.

Seven teams competed during the 50th year of the FCBL in 2025 with the Carmichaels Copperheads claiming their 14th league title thanks to a three-game sweep of regular-season champion Potomac Valley in the finals.

Other playoff teams were third-place Mill Run and fourth-place Charleroi. Yough Valley, Oakland Oaks and Brownsville finished fifth, sixth and seventh, respectively, in the regular-season standings.

Any new teams interested in being part of the league for 2026 are asked to contact FCBL president Ryan Encapera at 412-596-3515 or by email at ryanencapera@aol.com by Wednesday, April 15.

The 2026 season is slated to begin on June 1 and end in August.
