Albert Gallatin’s Adam Pegg and Roman Smith combined for seven touchdowns in the Colonials’ 63-21 victory over Brownsville on Friday night in non-conference play at Redstone Field in Republic.

Coach Drew Dindl’s team improved to 9-0 this season. Albert Gallatin hosts Weir, W.Va., in the season finale.

The Colonials had a 20-0 lead after the first quarter following touchdown runs of nine and 10 yards from Smith, and a seven-yard run for a score from Tee Guesman. Sam Evans connected on two of his seven PATs.

The Falcons cut the deficit to 20-7 in the second quarter when Kaden Wimmer threw a 25-yard touchdown pass to Stefond Tinsley and Max Dieudonne made his first of three extra points.

Pegg scored on an 11-yard run before Dieudonne found the end zone on a 22 yarder.

Pegg recorded his second touchdown on a 14-yard run before hauling in a 57-yard touchdown pass from Bronx Jamison to extend Albert Gallatin’s lead to 42-14 advantage at the half.

Pegg (55 yards) and Smith (53 yards) reached the end zone in the third quarter before Bobby Panos scored on a 20-yard run for the visitors in the fourth period.

Trinity 48, Laurel Highlands 0 — Jonah Williamson threw three touchdown passes and the Hillers returned two punts for touchdowns in clinching at least a share of the Class 4A Big Six Conference in a road victory.

Trinity (4-0, 5-4) can clinch the conference championship outright with a victory at Belle Vernon (2-2, 3-5) in the regular-season finale.

The Mustangs played the Hillers tough in the first quarter, but Owen Gardner rumbled for a 49-yard touchdown with 11:36 left in the second period for a 6-0 lead.

Williams threw touchdown passes of 69 yards to Chase Kostelnik and one yard to Braden Berdar for a 20-0 lead in the second quarter.

Ayvari Chandler’s 57-yard punt return for a touchdown and Gardner’s one-yard plunge provided Trinity with a 34-0 halftime advantage.

Daniel Glass’ 60-yard return for a touchdown and Cooper Cincinnati’s PAT put the Hillers ahead 41-0 with 10:15 left in the third quarter. Williamson threw a four-yard touchdown pass to Gardner with 6:10 remaining in the third.

Williamson was 11 of 17 for 141 yards and three touchdowns. The Harvard University commit carried the ball eight times for 27 yards.

Frazier 35, Greensburg Central Catholic 33 — The Commodores stopped a two-point conversion run by the Centurions to hang on for a two-point victory in Class A Eastern Conference play on Friday night at Greensburg Central Catholic.

Frazier improved to 3-3 in conference play and 5-4 overall. The Commodores travel to Springdale (0-5, 0-7) in the regular-season finale next week, and if they pull off a victory, could be selected by the WPIAL football committee as one of the four wild-card teams for the WPIAL Class A playoffs.

Derek Diamond scored on touchdown runs of 7 and 53 yards for the visitors. Teammate Lincoln Dye pulled in touchdowns receptions of 15 and 44 yards from Brady Secrest, and Owen Searcy made all five of his extra-point attempts, which proved to loom large considering the way the game ended. Secrest scored on a two-yard run in the fourth quarter before Samir Crosby returned a fumble 16 yards for a score that pulled the home team within two.

Jerry Davis kicked field goals of 37 and 29 yards for the Centurions (2-4, 4-5). He also caught a 35-yard touchdown pass from Crosby.

The Rockets (5-1, 8-1) host California (6-0, 8-1) next Friday with an opportunity to clinch a share of the Class A Tri-County South Conference championship.

A victory for Jefferson-Morgan would produce a three-way tie with Bentworth (5-1) and the Trojans. If California is victorious, the Trojans would clinch the title outright. All three teams have qualified for the playoffs.

DeHoet ran into the end zone from 49, 41, 10 and 15 yards. He had 153 yards rushing. He threw a 35-yard pass for a score to Seth Fox, and also ran in a two-point conversion.

Alan Dennis scored on a 10-yard run as the result of a hook-and-ladder play and the two-point conversion was good for a 16-3 halftime lead.

Peak gained 150 yards on 17 carries.
