Kaleb Smith shot a 40 to help lead McKeesport to a 215-238 victory over Albert Gallatin in Section 2-3A boys golf action on Friday at Duck Hollow Golf Club.

Teammate Brock Stephenson fired a 42 and Aiden Lipchey had a 43.

Garrett Snyder carded a 43 to lead the Colonials (2-1, 2-1).

Tommy Minnick (44) and Mason Michaels (46) closed the scoring for the Tigers.

Albert Gallatin’s Tyler Felio shot a 45. Teammate Clay Smith had a 48, and Colten Chipps and Camdyn Williams each shot 51 for the Colonials.

Waynesburg Central 193, McGuffey 208 – Lucas Slifko shot a 3-over-par 36 and was one of four Raiders with sub-40 rounds in a Section 3-2A win over the visiting Highlanders at Rohanna’s Golf Course.

Austin Surber followed Slifko with a 37 while Cole Headlee and Rykan Gustafson both shot 39 for Waynesburg (2-0, 3-0).

Josh Rusmisel carded a 1-over 34 to earn medalist honors for McGuffey (2-1, 2-2) and Landon Hatfield shot a 38. Rounding out the scoring for the Highlanders were Logen Hughes (42), Noah Sibert (45) and Dominic Amos (49).
