Runners line up to participate in the Principal's 1K Challenge that was held Saturday morning at Hutchinson Park in Hopwood. The event was hosted by TheTrophyHusband.run, which is organized by veteran cross country and track & field coach and competitor Joe Carei. The event drew 250 children and 25 advocate partners to the South Union Township park. The advocates provided interactive activities with the kids. The Pirates Parrot also made an appearance.
